This report is based on the assumption that Agloco reaches 2 million users in a two year time span.

1. A user who has no referrals should receive ownership in AGLOCO worth on average about $150 (plus monthly cash distribution).

2. The average value of an AGLOCO user's referral network should be $30 each in ownership shares plus the referrer share of monthly cash distribution.

3. The average AGLOCO direct referral should be worth in excess of $3,000 each.

4. The analysis also shows a range of monthly cash distribution between $5 and $15 a month per user.

5. The AGLOCO business model looks theoritically sound - (assuming they get to a decent size quickly - at least 500,000 users within 9 months to a year).

Don't Work Hard. Work Smart Instead!

I am thinking...how to efficiently build my Agloco network? I just read the posting below and I was amazed that the writer managed to 'pick up' his 'best' Direct Referrals. He doesn't have to work hard, because his Direct Referrals seem to recruit lots of people.

Just went past 6500 AGLOCO referrals
I went above 6,500 referrals yesterday – I seem to be averaging about 100 new referrals a day at this point. I am somewhat amazed by this as I have only picked up one direct referral in the last two weeks (I haven’t asked anyone). I have a chat with someone at myLot about people who are waiting to see if AGLOCO will really pay its members.

I told him that it will would be more difficult to recruite people once they know Agloco pays because everybody will rush to sign up. Once everyone becomes member, there is nobody left to recruite. On the other hand, the opposite will happen too. Because they can prove that AGLOCO pays, therefore, it would be much easier to convince everyone.

People's reaction is still not 100% positive but I can see that more and more people join Agloco. Compared to a week ago, now there are many new members looking for referrals. This is a good sign and I hope we can achieve the target of 10 Million people by July 2007.

We'll see.

There has been some mention on the internet about how AGLOCO's upcoming Viewbar is spyware. Our chief internet privacy officer recently discussed at length about these comments, a couple of which we want to reiterate here:

Spyware entails the following characteristics:

1) It’s installed without your permission

2) It surreptitiously tracks you

3) It is difficult if not impossible to turn off or remove; and

4) It sends your information to an unknown and untrustworthy entity where you have no control over what happens to it.

Simply put, AGLOCO's Viewbar does none of the above. Why?

1) You have to actively install the Viewbar;

2) You have to turn it on in order for it to track your surfing habits and earn your hours;

3) You can easily turn it off and uninstall it at will; and,

4) your info is backed up by perhaps the best Privacy Policy out on the net, which gives you explicit information about what happens with your data and how you can delete it from our system if you desire.

There are a lot of questions about when the Viewbar will be released. The Viewbar is currently in closed beta testing, we want to make absolutely sure that it is fully functioning before we release it to all our Members. However, it will be released to people in the order they have signed up, so the earlier your referrals sign up the earlier you will start earning when the Viewbar is released. So best to have your friends sign up early :)

There is a new company called Agloco that is slated to do the same thing. Right now the site is beta testing their Viewbar, but they are letting people sign up for their service. Once the bar is available, they will let all members know.

Right now they are letting people recruit their friends in an effort to build up the community. I know of several people who actually got paid with AllAdvantage, which is why I am enthusiastic about this site. If you are in doubt, just google 'AllAdvantage' and you can learn that all AllAdvantage members got paid.

It is important to sign up as early as possible. Those people who sign up earlier then others will have the opportunity to refer their friends - once someone is recruited, they cannot be recruited from anyone else. The company pays referral fees for bringing new people into the network.

Yes, this is network marketing. However, it is done in a way that requires little work, and you don’t need to piss all your friends off trying to sell them anything. AGLOCO will pay you to surf the web for up to 5 hours a month (this may change), and once you’re finished with your 5 hours, you can just shut off the viewbar.

To maximize your earning, it is the time now to recruite as many people as possible because those people in your network will also contribute to your earning. You make money for every hour surfed by people that you refer - up to 4 levels down.

AllAdvantage and Agloco

There was another company about six years ago called AllAdvantage that worked the same way as Agloco. In fact, some of the old AllAdvantage staff are involved with Agloco. It's too bad that AllAdvanatge became a victim of the dot com bust period back in 2001 when all the online advertising dried up for a few years (before rebounding to the staggering numbers it reaches now) or I am sure they would be still be going strong today.

AGLOCO Controversey

For some strange reason, this company has stirred controversey in the blogosphere. I think the controversey is ridiculous. The biggest complaint bloggers have about Agloco is that the previous incarnation (AllAdvantage mentioned above) went out of business because it paid its members too much money. Yes, you read that right. AllAdvantage paid its members over $100,000,000 (that's one hundred million dollars) in a a two year period (about 1999-2001) before the online advertising business went south in the dot com bust. Many members of AllAdvantage can testify that they received payment.

However, some bloggers have serious concern regarding this. These bloggers think that is a problem? Are they serious? I'll be glad to get my share of the one hundred million this time, thank you very much. I think these tech guru bloggers are simply feasting on sour grapes because they didn't get in on the opportunity last time and have been kicking themselves ever since.

Just to be clear, you will not find a single blogger complaining that he or she was not paid last time. Everyone got paid what was earned. The company just couldn't sustain the business model without enough advertising. (In 2006, the online advertising business has exploded as billions are spent in online advertsing annually now).

Besides, then as now, there was / is no cost to join anyway! It's all free. Whether you make two dollars a month, twenty dollars a month, or two thousand dollars a month, you are only doing what you would do anyway which is use the Internet. Why are these people complaining about free money?

Is it Spyware?

There's a dreaded word. Spyware is something that tracks web or computer usage without the knowledge or consent of the user. Are the Nielsen ratings "spyware" because the company tracks television viewing habits in order to come up with the ratings? No, they aren't since the Nielsen families are volunteers in the process, just as anyone who signs up for Agloco is. The company clearly states on the Agloco website what information they are gathering such as the URL of the visited site. If no information was tracked, then they couldn't be serving targeted ads and we web surfers wouldn't be making any money which would ruin the whole point.
