Don't Work Hard. Work Smart Instead!

I am thinking...how to efficiently build my Agloco network? I just read the posting below and I was amazed that the writer managed to 'pick up' his 'best' Direct Referrals. He doesn't have to work hard, because his Direct Referrals seem to recruit lots of people.

Just went past 6500 AGLOCO referrals
I went above 6,500 referrals yesterday – I seem to be averaging about 100 new referrals a day at this point. I am somewhat amazed by this as I have only picked up one direct referral in the last two weeks (I haven’t asked anyone). And, again, this afternoon, when I visited AGLOCO Rocks! , I saw the picture of Bill Gate :)
